Sweden Yachts 70'

Beautifully balanced, this exquisite yacht is a work of art.
With classic lines her appearance is extremely attractive and she sails smoothly
thanks in part to sailing rig, advanced underwater hull, and shallow draft wing-keel.
From the drawing board of respected naval architect Peter Norlin
and the slipways of Sweden Yachts in Stenungsund,
Mira is the youngest of three SY 70’s and the only one cruising Turkey and Greece.
Topside she has two large cockpits and ample deck space for sunbathing and working the rig.
The cushioned center cockpit has plenty of room for guests wishing to read or otherwise relax,
while the aft cockpit is for the sailing team including guests wishing to participate.

Photos:

Mira is equipped with a state-of-the-art computer system
which together with powerful hydraulic sail controls facilitates near-effortless sailing.
She is a joy on which to cruise Turkey and Greece.

Accommodations:

Three Guest Cabins,
two with queen size beds,
one with over-and-under single beds,
each with closet and
private bathroom
with enclosed shower.
Leather-Upholstered Salon
Indoor and outdoor dining
Cushioned cockpits
protected by sun awning.
Separate crew quarters.

Evidently, a yacht of this size offers any type of
comport you can dream of However, other than in a five-star
hotel you may choose, according to what you feel like
at the moment, whether you would like to spend the night
in a tranquil bay or a romantic harbour.

Sailing creates appetite. When the captain decides to
trade his cap for a chef´hat you will be in for exquisite
culinary delights. Shaitan is also considered
an insider tip for gourmets.

Crew

Captain  Argan Bailey, British, 26

Growing up in a family of sea lovers gave Argan a head start, sailing at every opportunity from early childhood. Argan also began cooking at a young age.  He worked alongside his mother, a chef well-known for catering exclusive weddings and events, gaining experience in all aspects of high-end cuisine and service.

With these well-developed skills and solid experience, Argan found the yacht charter industry a natural fit for doing what he loves – sailing, cooking and meeting people from all over the world.

Argan is enthusiastic and dedicated to giving guests onboard S/Y Mira the very best. Whether you prefer sailing hard on the wind, or just relaxing in a tranquil bay enjoying fine food and refreshing drinks, you will find that Argan is committed to making your holiday a fun, safe and memorable experience.
